How to Adjust Cooking Times and Oven Temperature From 400 to 475 Degrees By Brandon Dane Adjusting cooking times and temperatures is a matter of math and vigilance. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place butter in a 2-quart temp-tations® baking dish and microwave for 15-20 seconds, just until melted. Shake dish from side to side to coat bottom and sides with the melted butter. Must be reheated to an internal temp of 165°F for 15 seconds withing 2 hours! Discard if this temp has not been reached within 2 hours. 1) Bake/cook your mac as you usually would, at the last possible minute. 2) Get a few (clean) towels and a large cooler. 3) Dump very warm water into the cooler to prep it for heat. Empty and dry right before the food is ready. 4) When the mac is done, wrap the dish in aluminum foil and then a towel.
For food safety & quality, read and follow these cooking instructions to ensure that product reaches an internal temperature of 160 degrees F. Conventional oven cooking. Since ovens vary, cooking heat and times may require adjusting. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Do not exceed 375 degrees F. Remove tray from box. Do not remove or cut film cover. Place tray on a baking sheet on center rack in oven. Cook 75 minutes.
Using potholders and both hands, carefully remove baking sheet with tray from oven and let stand on baking sheet S minutes. Carefully remove cover and stir. Microwave oven cooking. Do not cook in microwaves below 1100 watts as product may not cook thoroughly-use conventional oven preparation instead. Remove tray from box.
Do not remove or cut film cover. Cook on high 16 minutes.
Remove cover, stir and re-cover. Continue cooking on high 2 minutes. After cooking, let stand in microwave 5 minutes. As shown, always use potholders and both hands when removing product from microwave.
Lift tray on short sides and remove carefully as product will be hot. Carefully remove cover and stir. Do not prepare in toaster oven. Reheating of tray is not recommended.
